Custom and personalized orders
PERSONALIZED ORDERS --
Processing time for personalized orders varies - see individual listings. Refunds will not be provided for buyer misspellings, so please check spelling. During the time that your order is processing, be sure to check your Etsy messages. Any questions that we may have about your order will be there. If no response is received within 48 hours, we will use our best judgment on font or thread color. If no name is provided to embroider, the order will be cancelled if we receive no response to messages.
CUSTOM ORDERS --
Processing time for custom orders varies. We are happy to special order items (fabric, hardware) specifically for your custom order, but processing time may be longer. Contact us for details.
Shipping Information
Most packages are mailed using USPS First Class Package Service. During the holiday season, USPS occasionally experiences delays in shipping times. If you would like to ensure a quicker delivery once your order leaves our shop, please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout.
