We went through several iterations in which she presented (with photos & words) multiple options that allowed me to hone in on what I wanted. She exercised amazing patience and attention to detail and obviously knows her craft. Even as she worked with my preferences, she was wonderful about offering suggestions and observations about different materials, their uses, and effects. The end result is stunning. This mala is now my favorite piece of jewelry.
