I had issues receiving the product for almost a month. The seller had said he had sent it but I did not get it until today which is a month after I first bought it. The seller had claimed it must’ve been shipping issues and tried sending another. I still had yet to receive it after 3 weeks so the seller issued a refund. I got the refund before I got the decal. He communicated very well and while it was aggravating that it took this much to get it, I finally received the product. I will buy from this seller again due to my belief that the postal service failed both of us.

Ordered decal back in Dec, was notified of shipping in Jan, but it is now mid-Mar and have not received anything. I have contacted the seller via email (Feb) and Etsy message (over week ago) with no response. I’m rather disappointed that I have to leave a negative review for a shop with so many positive ones.

Purchase this item on the 27th of December, messaged them a week later and got no response. Had to open a case with Etsy on the 10th of January, on the 12 he messaged me saying a refund has been issued and he just sent the package. I still have not received it(Feb 1st). When I was looking at the reviews someone had a similar situation happen. Very disappointed.

took almost two months after the order was placed for item to be received, every time i inquired about it seller would give me an excuse to why it took so long, would not order from them again.
