However, this glowing review of seller is for their handling of a shipping mishap- postal service delivered the item to the wrong address. Wrong Shipping Address

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address here on Etsy. A lot of times customers get back to me asking me to send the parcel at a new address, and that's fine, as long as the address has been provided before the shipping label has been created. And if the wrong address has been provided and the parcel has left our warehouse, I can forward the product once it has been received back to me (provided the parcel doesn't get lost) but at customers expense.

Condition of Return

We accept all returns. But when a product is returned, the original shipping cost + 10 % of the item cost will be deducted from the refund.
