As long as it's not an instant download item then any of my items may be personalized. Small changes to any of my items can be done with no extra charge. Personalization to any instant download item can be done but will have an additional fee. Custom orders are $21 per item to create something completely new. Please note: I will not copy a design by other sellers. Please purchase that item from the original seller.

My turnaround time is 48 hours, sometimes less. I am closed on Sundays. On Monday thru Saturday, I close at 5:00 pm EST.

A jpeg file is more like a picture file and a pdf is more of a document. I prefer to use jpeg files. Some customers can only use pdf files on their computers for some reason. Also, some print shops (Staples is one example) only except pdf's. I would start with a jpeg if you are unsure.

None of my files I sell are editable. I would have to do all the personalization for you.

I do not send proofs. Payment must be received before the work is done on your order. These are digital files. Once they are emailed to you you then have the end product. The work is done after payment and then we will work together to make any changes needed to make your order perfect. If completely new wording is requested after the file is sent then a new order would have to be placed.

Yes! The wording in the listing are all samples. All wording can be changed to say what you need it to say.
