My only negative is I wrote messages to the seller about how the engraving should be and gave the info I needed I. The cup and to please contact me. I never received a message back. When I got it, I’m concerned about the accuracy of the engraving. I really wish he would have contacted me. I ordered from him about 3 years ago and had questions and, at that time, my questions were answered promptly. I sent two messages this time. No response.
