1 out of 5 starsSeller got angry when I asked her, “When will my print be shipping?” I haven’t order prints from Etsy before, so I was just asking a question. She didn’t answer my first message, so I sent a second one asking the same thing. She said it was ready to be shipped that day and added a snarky comment about how I should have paid for upgrades shipping if I needed it so fast. I was just asking because I had no idea of the shipping times. I even have screen shots with my simple question. So I let a week go by and then I check on the status. I log on and it says a shipping label has been created but the USPS has never received an item. I’ve had this happen before and I know that my stuff isn’t going to come. I opened a case, requested a refund and she spoke to me ugly in response. Don’t deal with her. I have screenshots of everything.

5 out of 5 starsThis came exactly as it is pictured, and I gifted it to a friend who is soon moving to Nashville. She absolutely loved it, as did I. The quality is great & overall just super cute!
