SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Your purchase will be shipped within 1-3 business days (usually same day or next day), via Serbian Post with online tracking number. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed, usually takes 10-30 days (very rarely up to 45 days due to import duties).

I will notify you via Etsy message, with online confirmation and tracking number, when your item has been shipped.

All items will be carefully and professionally packaged for safe arrival. I will use pre-owned and recycled packaging whenever possible.

I am not responsible for additional taxes or duties in your country, nor for customs detention and return of packages. We do not accept refunds due to long delivery times.

We ask all buyers to track their package online, it happens that the package arrives and the buyer is not notified.


INFORMATION ON RETURNED AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:

If the package is not delivered to your home address, the package will wait for you at the post office for up to 20 days for you to pick it up in person, after which it will be returned to the sender with additional shipping costs.
If the package is returned to me as an undelivered package, the buyer will have to pay additional return and shipping costs to resend the package. If the buyer does not respond and does not pay the return and shipping costs within 15 days of our notification via Etsy message, I will consider the buyer to have abandoned the shipment and I will re-list it in the store (without compensation to the buyer).

I track all shipments online and will promptly notify you via Etsy message of any delivery issues.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

The true value will be declared on each package in case of loss or damage. Some countries do not accept insured packages from Serbia (Great Britain, Canada, Mexico...).
If the package is damaged, you need to file a written complaint with your local post office and send me a copy of the document with photos of the package (preferably within the first 24 hours). Based on the photos received, I will submit a written request for compensation for the damage, after I receive an official report from my post office stating a justified reason for compensation for the damage, I will refund you the full amount.

In the case of lost packages, I will submit a request for a search at my post office and request a refund. When I receive an official written confirmation that the package is indeed lost, I will notify you and issue you a full refund or exchange for another item of your choice.
