How long does international shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, usually the same or next business day, via Post of Serbia or from Croatia, with online tracking.
International delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Most parcels arrive within 10–30 days; however, customs procedures, carrier delays, and local postal services may occasionally extend delivery to up to 45 days.
All items are carefully and securely packaged for international shipping. Tracking information will be provided through Etsy after the order has been dispatched.
What happens if a parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it if possible. If you have already received it, please save all packaging and contact me immediately with clear photos of the package, packaging and item.
I will file a claim with the postal service and work with you to resolve the issue.
If the postal service confirms that the package is lost, I will offer a refund or another available item of similar value, in accordance with Etsy's policies.
What happens if a parcel is returned or unclaimed?
If a parcel is returned because it was unclaimed or the delivery address was incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return and reshipping costs. Please follow the tracking and collect the parcel promptly if delivery is attempted.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
For US orders shipped from Croatia, applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout through Zonos.
Delays caused by customs or postal services are beyond the seller’s control.
