Refunds/Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business and the materials shipped, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refusals and we do not offer refunds. If you have a missing transfer in your order, you have received an incorrect transfer or there are any other issues with your order, you have hours from the day your package was delivered, and prior to applying your transfer to items to contact us of any issues. You can email us at rusticgraceco@gmail.com or message us on Etsy for resolution.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
*There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS or UPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know before your purchase and we can give you a custom listing to add extra insurance to your package. Note that when submitting an insurance claim ***You MUST have photos of the item and the box / packaging and you must retain the box / packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

Cancellation of Orders
Due to the nature of our printing process orders cannot be cancelled. Please double check your transfer sizes, quantities and colors before completing your purchase. We start your order in the printing lineup as soon as your order is placed.

When will my order ship?
* All orders ship withing 3-5 business days. Please be aware of weekends and holidays are NOT business days.

What is my package is delayed / lost in transit or stolen?
Transfer Warehouse is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier or stolen--all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item--please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What if my item is damaged in shipping?
If a package is damaged in shipping please send pictures of your package as well as the damaged transfers in your package. We will file a claim with USPS for you if the claim is approved we will replace your item with the same item that was damaged. If your claim is denied we will give you the information for the claim and you will need to contact USPS in regard to the denial of the claim. We will not replace packages that have a claim denial.

What is my item is returned to the sender/ seller after it' shipped?
* If a customer's order is returned to the sender / seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

For digital download products - Do you accept return or cancellation?
* Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered if there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance. We do not refund for not understanding the file type that was purchased and how to use the digital download file.

Rustic Grace Designs:
We do not keep every design ever made on our website. We reserve the right to remove any design at any time at our discretion. If you have a mockup created that mockup will stay on the website for up to 90 days and then removed and a new mockup will need to be created or you can opt to purchase the digital download file of a design before the 90 days.

Liability Release Information:
This document releases all liability of Rustic Grace related to heat transfer material transfers.
By making a purchase from Rustic Grace, you agree to the terms below.
For the best results, it is recommended that heat transfer materials be applied with a professional grade heat press.
Transfers applied with a home iron or easy press may not last as long as those applied with a traditional heat press.
Rustic Grace assumes no liability for damage to apparel or blank goods, the transfer, or your heat press /iron during the process of you applying it.
Rustic Grace offers no refunds, exchanges, or guarantees for customer applied heat transfer materials.
Rustic Grace is not responsible for any errors made during the transfer application process. Please review all the instructions available before applying your transfers.

Rustic Grace Transfers: All of our transfers are printed in a gang sheet and you will be responsible for cutting out your transfers as you are ready to use them. Any transfer that shows a glitter effect is a faux glitter due to this being a printed transfer it will not be rough glitter.

Do you send photos of design before you ship?
Due to the high volume of orders we do not send photos before shipping custom transfers. Please make sure all your custom details have been entered correctly before submitting your order. There is a $10 digital mockup fee if you would like to see what the design will look like before purchasing.

-Wash in cold water, inside out and hang to dry only.
-No bleach fabric softener or harsh detergents.
- It is always best to hang dry or low heat tumble dry.

Why is there a rainbow strip and name / number on my DTF Transfer?
This strip comes from the DTF printing process and how the printer lines up the prints when they are printed and can be peeled off. The name / order number helps us to ship our your packages correctly in our warehouse. If there is any excess left you can trim the area. You should be trimming out your transfer before use.

Can I use these transfers more than once?
All of our transfers are single-use. You can not press it on to more than one garment.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
*The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund previous customers that 10% off amount.

Is there a copyright on these items?
No copyright is transferred to the buyer for use of the transfers. Using of the transfers is solely based on your own discretion.
