** a temporary disclaimer: i want to sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the origin of the round rugs & wallpaper. while my items are typically designed and produced through only a U.S.based lab, unfortunately, the local lab experienced an unexpected printing issue at the time.
in order to avoid delays and ensure buyers will receive their products in a timely manner, i am placing orders with one of my trusted backup labs, which is located outside the US.

please rest assured that the quality and design remain consistent with what you expected, and i chose this solution to fulfill the order as quickly and smoothly as possible. i understand this may not have aligned with the expectations, and i truly appreciate your understanding.

Some buyers may experience USPS / International delivery delays or numbers not being scanned at distribution centers.
Thanks for your patience while postal authorities are doing their best to deliver everything in a timely manner.
I'm offering free shipping at my shop and therefore the method is First class by USPS.
Pls remember custom authorities doing their checkups from time to time. It is not related to the S&H costs you paid when purchasing the items. I'm sure you understand I have NO control over custom charges and random checks they do.

Decals: When apply on fresh painted wall, please make sure you let the paint dry for at least 4-5 weeks.
For best results, you can run a hair dryer all around the wall to hopefully dry it better. Then clean it with 409 (all purpose, multi surface cleaner). The decals stuck perfectly after that.
They look hand painted when applied.
Timeline: the expected time delivery note that you receive from Etsy, is NOT always accurate, it's an automated message.
I'm generating the label but then I'm taking it to the production line. This process can take up to 14 days.
Pls be patient. I hope you understand. I am trying my best!

I think my products are superior quality, they are unique, fun, safe, relocatable and reusable! 
Some products in my shop are fruit of my imagination, others are made with clip arts I'm purchasing from other independent artists (I bought the copyrights to use it of course!).
