Most of our decals are made with high quality, glossy outdoor grade vinyl. This vinyl is both waterproof and weatherproof. With proper care, our decals have a minimum life expectancy of 6+ years.

The vinyl is machine cut and applied to your desired surface with clear lightly tacky transfer paper.

Our indoor decals are made with high quality, matte vinyl, which is less tacky and suitable for indoor use. With proper care, it has the same 6+ year life expectancy.

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. This does not include shipping time.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping times will be based on your selection at checkout (these are estimates and not a guaranteed arrival times)

Unfortunately, once we ship your order it is at the mercy of USPS and we cannot be held responsible for delays by USPS.

No, you will need a heat transfer (iron-on) vinyl for fabric. Unfortunately I no longer offer heat transfer vinyl in my shop

Unless the listing specifies it is made with indoor vinyl, we don't recommend using them on walls. If you would like any of the designs made with indoor grade vinyl, simply hit the "Request a Custom Order" button for a quote.

No. Once you remove the decal it can not be reused.

Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless the error was made on our end (incorrect spelling, wrong color, wrong font, etc...). Please contact us within 3 days of receiving you order to correct the problem.

We are not responsible for any mistakes you may have made with spelling, monograms or colors.

If your item arrives damaged, photos are required within 3 days. We will gladly issue replacements or refunds once we are provided with photo proof of damaged.

Items that have been applied incorrectly, mis-used or handled poorly do not qualify for a refund or exchange. Please make sure to follow the instructions included with your order.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to replace your decal for free, but I can give you a coupon code to get a discount on another one if you ask!
