My name is Teresa and I'm the owner and founder of Designs by Sweet T. Due to being disabled by chronic illness, I decided to try my hand at selling my crafts. I first opened my shop in 2017 making blankets. Unfortunately my health had other ideas. It wasn't until the fall of 2019, that I decided to try again and take my shop into a different direction.

With the unexpected passing of my beloved dog Scooter in August 2019, I came to the realization that there are not many places to get custom memorials for our beloved animal family members. I felt the best way to honor Scooter was to take my grief and turn it into something to help others. It was then I realized I could make custom pieces for those who's fur babies have crossed the rainbow bridge. So here I am!

While my main focus of my shop is to offer custom memorial pieces, I also wanted to bring some light and joy into the world. I love making home décor items that showcase my love for animals and I include these items in my shop. You will also find items for your pets themselves.

Please know that 10% of every custom memorial pet portrait will alternate donations between 'Family Dogs New Life Shelter' and 'Fences for Fido'.
