Are items in stock and ready to ship?
No. Unless item is in “Ready to Ship” section of shop all items are created to order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to the US and Canada due to lengthy shipping times overseas. If you are in a location other than Canada or the US and have a minimum of 4-5 weeks before event date please message me and we can create a custom listing for you.
Do you create invitations or printed items?
No not at this time.
Do you make themed items based off of cartoons or movies?
Due to copyright legislation I do not make any items that have trademarked pictures or characters. I can create items in my shop in the colors and sometimes in specific shapes to coordinate with your party.
Custom and personalized orders
Please note that if you are requesting a custom colour that includes glitter colors and the item being purchased has no glitter paper on it (or you are adding more glitter paper than in the listing), there will be an up charge, as glitter paper costs are significantly higher than cardstock.
What size photos work on the milestone banners?
I would use 4”x4” or 4”x6” or 5”x5”. Anything larger and you might have to reinforce the banner with extra tape or thumbtacks/hooks.
What is the best method to hang milestone banners?
I generally use a good quality tape (usually a few pieces per side) but depending on the length of banner and size of photos you may want to consider taping the center as well as the ends or small thumbtacks.
Custom and personalized orders
If you choose to customize the colors of an item without talking to me prior to purchasing please be aware that occasionally colors go out of stock or are unavailable. In the case of unavailable colors I can usually substitute other colors to closely match but some are not able to be substituted. To avoid disappointment or inability to complete your order please message me first. 😊
If you customize wording without and talking to me prior to purchasing there may be added cost if your wording is longer than the original listing.
Do I have to put my banners on ribbon or do they come already strung?
I put the banners on the ribbon or twine for you. You just need to unwrap, adjust spacing of flags to your preference and hang.
