This all started for us when Wally retired and decided to start a new career in engraving. We purchased our first laser, some graphic art software, and opened our first online shop in 2010. We started our Etsy shop the next year in 2011 and this continues to be a wonderful place for us to create, and enjoy interacting with our wonderful base of customers. We've now sold many thousands of pieces of glass and wood with our hand drawn artworks and continue to run all aspects of our business ourselves. Each drawing is done by hand with a sketch pad and pencil then carefully recreated in digital format for glass and wood engraving. We have built our library of registered copyrights and done all the necessary things to keep our inventory exclusive and we only sell our creations direct to the public where we can make sure our customers enjoy an outstanding customer experience. We strive to package each piece with care and to get it on it's way to you in just a couple of days. Our fast shipping and attention to detail has been one of the cornerstones of our success. We use only high resolution engraving in our offerings. This is similar to a picture in high resolution where you have the maximum number of dots per inch. We slow the machines down considerably by this approach, but it gives us the detail and quality we love to offer to you.
