Processing time is vary by product. Shipping time (5-7 days EU/ 7-10 days international
delivery).
All parcel ship out with tracking and signature required options to prevent the parcel get lost or stollen.

Unfortunately, Design by C can not take any responsibility for 3rd party delay or if 3 rd party loses the package.

Design by C not taking any responsibilities for 3rd parties mistake. Such as for late, not scanned, damaged or lost package by UPS, Royal Mail or any other shipping companies. As soon as the package has been handed over to the currier I can not control the package future . In that case the responsibility is on the currier company !!!!!!!
In this situation please contact the actual currier company and file a claim as the recipient.

- The structure of the fabric can also be changed by the fabric suppliers.- There always is color difference between the materials. We strive to make them look as close to each other as possible, but because fabrics are also made in different colour baths, we do not have a 100% guarantee on this.

Package can be declared lost when postal service closed its search and declared your package as lost. Till the search is ongoing it is still in transit period.

Search can be opened at Royal Mail:
EU - 20 days after the package was shipped
Other countries 30 days after your package was shipped.

Search can be opened at UPS
When your package was not scanned for 3 days in a row.

Order can be canceled up to 24 hrs from the order date for no charge. After that cancellation is not accepted.

For the package that has been returned to the seller for any reason ( wrong address, not paid custom/duty fee, refused package, or returning dress without acceptance NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AS SHOP HAS- NO RETURN -POLICY

These strict policies are created because all dresses are handmade to order.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all customs fees and claim the package. Refusing these, Design by C doesn't take any responsibility and doesn't issue a full refund.

NO REFUND NO RETURN will be accepted if the dress didn't arrive in time because :

Postal service was delayed in ANY reason !

Custom hold your dress in any reason !

You didn’t claimed your dress at your local postal service !

You didn’t got your parcel because you was out of town!

From Jan 01 2021, if you are not marking your returned parcel as "RETURN" on the customs label and your parcel,and mark it as an export/sale, customs enforcement will required custom fee/ duty fee from Design by C to pay. In this case, the payment will be refused and your return will be returned to you. ( By law there is no any fee for returned goods! If they requires customs fee that means you’re not marked your parcel as return, you marked as goods, export, sale ….in this case customs will charge custom fee on your parcel.)
