When you order a custom design, two files download instantly: a Welcome Guide that walks you through the process, and a fillable questionnaire.

Fill in the questionnaire, then send it back to me on Etsy Messages along with your room measurements and a few photos from each corner. A short phone video and some inspiration images help enormously. The more I know about your space and how you live in it, the better the design.

I'll message you if anything is missing, then your project goes on my design schedule. You'll receive your mood board, layout and shopping list by Etsy Messages and email.

Most custom designs are delivered within 7–10 business days. Larger packages take longer — my 3-room interior design package is delivered over 14–18 business days, with the first room ready within 7. The exact time is stated on each listing.

One important note: the clock starts on the business day I receive everything I need — your questionnaire, measurements and photos — not on the day you order. The sooner you send them, the sooner your design is ready.

Working to a deadline? Add my Hurry Up e-Design add-on and your project moves to the front of my schedule. If your date is fixed, message me before you order so I can confirm I have a slot that week.

Yes, and you're very welcome — I work with clients all over the world.

Just tell me your country and city in the questionnaire, along with the shops or paint brands available to you. I'll only suggest pieces you can genuinely buy and have delivered, rather than a shopping list full of links that won't ship to your door.

For paint consultations this matters even more, because paint brands are local. Tell me which company you'd like me to work with in your region and I'll specify every color in that brand's names and codes. Not sure what's available near you? Write your country and I'll suggest the options.

Custom designs are created by me, personally, for your space. You send measurements and photos, and everything is chosen for your room, your budget and the way you live. These take 7 business days or more, and revisions are included.

Ready-made mood boards are complete designs that already exist. You download them instantly, and they're a lovely, affordable way to get ideas or shop a look you like — but they aren't adapted to your room and can't be customized.

Yes. Whether your budget is modest or generous, I'll design within it — I've been doing interior design for nearly three decades and I enjoy the challenge of a tight budget as much as a large one.

Just tell me your range in the questionnaire, and if there are particular retailers you prefer, mention those too. Everything on your shopping list will be something you can actually afford and actually buy.
