Our Policy on Return & Exchanges:
- We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery of your order.
- Certain products are non-returnable; such as made-to-order/ custom necklaces and also earrings due to hygienic reasons.
Expedited Shipping-
Please NOTE that the processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Processing time is the amount of time it takes for us to create your beautiful new jewelry.
- Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost of $5.00 and the restocking fee of 25% of the item price and will be deducted from the total refund, even when you get the free shipping offer unless you have received wrong or defective items from us.
For all returns, the shipping charges will not be refunded and there is a 25% restocking fee for all returns. Returns that have been worn will not be refunded, and it will be up to customer to purchase the shipping to mail the used item back.

Please note that before you place an order, I will not refund any shipping costs, even if the order arrives late, this is beyond my control, thank you again for your support and understanding.
We are not responsible for lost packages, as we have no control over USPS.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Will it tarnish?
It won't tarnish if you take care of it correctly. This includes wearing often or when not wearing, clean it gently with a soft cloth or jewelry cleaning cloth and store in cool dry place. You will need to take it off when showering or using beauty products and perfumes for it to last longer.
Care instructions
- Remove your jewelry when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool.
- Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewelry.
- Keep your jewelry away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
- Avoid wearing your jewelry when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.
- Put your jewelry last when dressing and first when undressing. Avoid hard contact which could cause scratches, chips and other damages.
- Use a soft, lint free cloth to keep your jewelry looking shiny.
- Store jewelry individually in a pouch or soft lined box in a dark, cool and dry place.

We will continue to ship worldwide as usual but most postal couriers are experiencing STRONG DELAYS, please continue reading for current estimated delays... Shipments to Australia: 40-60 business days due to shipment by sea of all parcels. Shipments to Europe: delays vary for different countries but please expect 2+ months for delivery. Shipments to US: you can expect delays of 2-7 business days depending on your city/town. Shipments within Canada: depending on your province, there are delays of up to 3-4 weeks. I CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

EXCHANGES
INCORRECT LENGTH / SIZE:
Let's get you something that fits. If you send it back to us, we'll adjust it for you here in the studio. Send us a note first to set it up.
You will be responsible for the postage to mail the exchange back to you.

TRANSIT TIMES:
Typical transit times are 7-14 days, but occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs, We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. This isn't common, but it happens occasionally.
CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES:
We have no control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges.
