We do not retain any information except to fulfill your order and ship it to you. We will hold this information for 1 year in the event there might be a dispute or issue that has not been resolved immediately when brought to our attention. We will not be using the retained information in any marketing effort to you and it will not be shared or sold under any circumstance. For EU customers the above information also is part of our EU policy. The only information we will keep is in relation to your order. This information will be shared outside the EU to Designed Messages in California, US. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you're ordering. Any email from us will only be in relation to your pending order. We rely on a number of legal basis to collect, use, and share your information including: (1) as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes or provide customer support: (2) if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law: (3) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. We share your information and engage certain trusted third party Service Providers to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. We will retain this information no longer than one year unless required by the above sub-sections a, b, and c. We store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
