I started scrapbooking long before it was popular. I remember as a kid saving pictures, memorabilia, love is... sayings from the newspaper and anything else that was important to me.

When I turned 30 my Dad put together an album for me of pictures of me since I was a baby. (the album was the one that you peeled off the plastic and stuck the pictures to a sticky page - yuck!)

As the youngest of four, I always teased my parents that there were only two pictures of me and my Dad wanted to prove that they really did take pictures of me! I cherish that album mostly because my Dad took the time to go through 30 years of pictures and put them together for me :) That album gave me the inspiration to scrapbook my own family and life.

I now have added stamping and cardmaking to my crafting fun!
