I had a bit of trouble with the zipper initially but with any vintage bag I purchase, I thoroughly clean it with a small soft toothbrush and dish detergent, dry with a soft cloth and use saddle soap on all the leather. This bag was very clean and I was able to get the zipper to move smoothly. So happy I found this seller!
