Very easy to work with Cornice very nice

Altogether a five-star plus experience (the 4 stars for shipping has to do with FedEx dropping the ball and misrouting the package -- nothing to do with the store, which packed my cornices very carefully and shipped them FREE). Extremely conscientious attention to detail, top-notch workmanship. Everything was exactly as I had drawn it out and, when they arrived, the cornices fit our tight spaces exactly. One of my cornices was for a double/tandem window, and I went through 4 other providers before I found DesignerHomes, the only outfit able to both do this complex piece -- and did so at a price half that of the most expensive crafter. When the cornices arrived, it was a real event, with multiple people who'd been involved along the way, coming by just to see.

I am so happy with my beautiful black and white cornice from Designer Homes. Michelle is a true professional and communicated very well all throughout the process. The cornice is very well made, excellent quality and you can tell that she put a lot of work and effort into it. It also came with all the necessary hardware and clear instructions which was very helpful. it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, exactly as pictured and exactly as I was hoping!! I highly recommend working with Michelle and hope to purchase from her again in the future!!

This is a custom built window treatment, the customer service was amazing in regards to sending samples, and taking the time to answer my many questions. Their patience was appreciated. Upon arrival, I couldn't be more pleased with how it all came together. It looks amazing.

Amazing customer service. The quality is professionally done and she was also an interior designer which makes this all worth while too! Michelle was amazing and highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed! I designed my own cornice board and I bought the drapes from pepper home and had it sent to her to add tassels I bought and she added it to the track! You can bring outside sources for drapes to her!
