Custom and personalized orders
I do accept custom requests. Generally, I require 48 hours for the first proof. There are always exceptions dependent on your request. I will not copy another artists work.
Will this design work with my software?
It is your responsibility to make sure your software is compatible with the files your are purchasing. All cut files contain the most common file types;SVG & DXF, in addition to other file types.
Our designs are compatible with most die cutting machines. Silhouette Cameo and Cricut products are the most common machines for home crafters and small business owners but your download will contain files types for use with most commercial machines as well.
Why are there 3 options for my download?
In an effort to make your life easier I have included 3 options for you. You can download only the SVG or DXF if that is what you need. You will always have access to all your files.
If you opt to download the SVG today you can always come back later and download the full .zip folder.
This is to save you the hassle of filling up your storage with files you don't need. If you don't need the PDF, JPEG or PNG...why slow your computer down with unnecessary files?
I need a different color than what is shown, what can you do to help?
All colors shown are just examples. Once you download your file you will have the options to change the colors to whatever you need, within your software.
Why is there a photo of a shirt in the listing but you don't sell the shirt?
This is to benefit you. This lets you see the file "in use" so you will be able to better visualize what this design will look like in person.
