HOW DO I GET MY DIGITAL ECARD?
If you purchased a digital eCard or Canva template via Instant Download, you will find the download link in your account at www.etsy.com/your/purchasesYou will also receive the download link directly by email from Etsy. Depending on the payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) it may take a few minutes until you receive the email. If you cannot find an email in your mailbox, first check the spam folder and any subfolders in your email account (e.g. "Advertising", "Social Networks", etc.).If you book our personalization service or custom music package, you will receive the finished eCard or template as quickly as possible either by email or download link directly from us.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE LINK TO THE CANVA TEMPLATE?
You can download a PDF file using the download link that you will receive by email from Etsy immediately after purchase or that you can find in your account under "Purchases".In this file you will find a link to the Canva template and, as a little help, a link to a Canva quickstart guide (page 2).If you have any problems with the template link, please contact us immediately - we will be happy to help you as quickly as possible!
WHAT IS CANVA?
Canva is a free design tool that allows you to quickly and easily personalize and customize your eCard according to your ideas - you don't need any design or software knowledge, as Canva is known for its intuitive and easy usability.To edit the template, you need at least a Canva Free account. However, you can use our personalization service, then you don't need a Canva account.
WHAT CAN I ADJUST OR CHANGE ON THE ECARD?
Basically, you can change and customize everything (colors, fonts, font sizes, backgrounds, replace graphics, insert additional graphics/text, swap images, etc.), but depending on the eCard, some elements are only partially customizable (e.g. if the age is stored as a graphic in birthday invitations). However, you can find this information in the product photos and in the product description of the respective eCard.If you are unsure, please feel free to ask us in advance. Even if you need a special adjustment, we will definitely find a solution.
IS THE REQUESTED MUSIC INCLUDED ON ALL ECARDS?
No, we have included suitable instrumental music for all eCARDs with music, which you can listen to via the preview link in the respective product description. If you would like to make an eCard even more individual with the music of your choice, you are welcome to book our CUSTOM MUSIC PACKAGE: designhallat.etsy.com/listing/1766091884Within 24 hours we will create a special template of your purchased eCard, in which the desired music is already stored, and send you the new link to this template.
WHICH MUSIC CAN I USE FOR AN ECARD?
1) Canva offers an audio library - Canva Free users have access to a limited selection of royalty-free music that can be uploaded for free. Canva Pro users have access to an extensive selection of popular music tracks that can be used for private projects up to a video length of 60 seconds.2) Your own music can be uploaded as an MP3 file, but Canva performs audio fingerprinting on user-uploaded music. If the music you uploaded violates copyright, you will not be able to publish your design with audio. In this case, an error will be displayed. WHAT CUSTOMIZATIONS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PERSONALIZATION SERVICE?
This service includes customizing the eCard with your personal data and text, as well as inserting photo(s) if the eCard template includes placeholders for photos.Fundamental changes to the design and graphics are not included. If in doubt, please ask us in advance.
