Dear Mr. Galli, Thank you for voicing your concern. I’m very sorry you were unhappy with your recent purchase. The 8 items contained in your Movie Night Gift Baskets, are priced in line with current retail value. I shopped personally for the individual basket items to ensure freshness and carefully arranged the snacks in the decorative container to appeal to the eye and taste buds. I completed the ensemble with cellophane wrap, topped with one of my signature handmade bows. Of course, I do not dictate shipping costs. Also 35% sales discount given you at checkout. I have been in business for over 12 years and my clients are often repeat customers and highly satisfied. I’m sad to lose you as a repeat customer but am very appreciative for your business. The outside of my house is decorated in all blue lights and blue icicle lights (for a blue Christmas) and this wreath was the icing on the cake!! Awesome communication with the owner and lightning speed delivery!! THANK YOU AGAIN!! ❤🎅
