Will I get a proof?
YES! We never print or ship without client approval. For digital orders, we make complimentary edits on proofs but be sure to check the listing as some items have a limit on the number of free proofs included.
Can I personalize my item?
Most items are custom designed to your needs and color scheme. All instant download items comes only as shown but we do offer the same items in personalized versions for your convenience.
You should leave your details & information in the "buyer's notes to seller" box in the checkout screen. Additionally, you can reach us via Etsy convo or standard email. We accept typed plain text or Word documents only. We do not accept handwritten pictures, screenshots or links to copy/type text from. Orders are subject to an additional fee of should we have to type or edit text for you.
Do you have a color chart?
Printers and computers are capable of producing any color these days, so we choose to not limit you to a set of colors that may not exactly match what you envision. We welcome any inspiration pics or links to your dream color scheme. We also match based on specific colors (ex: David's Bridal Malibu etc) you may have chosen.
Can you add our/my logo or a specific graphic?
Absolutely! There are so many graphic options that we can accommodate and if you have a logo ready made we are happy to include it in your designs, provided it fits in the layout and space.
Can I change the product size?
ALL of our listings include exact dimensions of each product in order to help you make an informed decision so be sure to read each listing description thoroughly. In many cases, we are happy to accommodate a smaller or bigger size if you need but the request must be made at the time of ordering.
I live in another country, can you use my paper size?
We are happy to resize any document to fit your country's paper sizes. However, please let us know at the time of ordering what format you will need it in (ex: A4, A5 etc) as attempting to resize yourself will result in warping the document.
What kind of shipping do you use?
We offer FREE Domestic Shipping via USPS Fist Class Mail or Media Mail on most items (delivery times vary but you can expect up to 1 week for delivery). Want your item in 2-3 day? Upgrade to USPS Priority Mail shipping, available in the shipping options tab at checkout!
All items are sent with tracking. Please open your package upon receipt. If you encounter any issues, we require you to contact us within 48 hours of package being marked as delivered to resolve any problems.
Insurance is included with USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail only.
