Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we do not accept returns unless we have made a mistake or there is a defect in craftsmanship. That said, we want you to be happy with your order! Please read the item description, go over the size chart that is in each listing, view all of the photos and PLEASE ask any questions prior to ordering so we can ensure that you will love your item when it arrives!! Thank you!

First we check to see if the correct shipping address is on the transaction.

If the address is correct, then we know the package was misdelivered by USPS. The barcode had been scanned so we know it was delivered.

We will wait a couple of days to see if the person who received the package either brings it to the customer or puts it back in the mail for redelivery.

If the person that received the package does not return it, we will replace the item. We are not obligated to do so since it was the mistake of USPS but we want happy customers. We will not refund a package showing delivered, but we will send a replacement.

Our items are made to order and generally ship within 5 business days. Please check the delivery estimate that Etsy includes in each listing (and shows during checkout) and message us if you have ANY questions or need an item early.

Etsy calculates estimated delivery times based on our production time + the shipping time once your order has shipped. They show a range of dates - the earliest date they show is with Express shipping, the latest date they show is with standard shipping. Priority shipping is somewhere in the middle. These dates are shown in the dropdown 'Shipping' menu in the shopping cart to help you decide which shipping method to choose. Please let us know if you have any questions.
