The craftsmanship of this is excellent! It is the second set I have purchased. The first was for myself a number of years ago and I keep it at work to use when I'm experiencing a lot of pain. It has held up extremely well all this time and with a lot of use. It continues to hold heat as it's always done. A dear friend and colleague saw me using it my office on lunch one day and commented on it's great design going up the neck as well as in front and in back of the shoulders. I instantly knew what I was going to get her for Christmas! She was ecstatic when she opened it and has been enjoying it almost daily since receiving it about a week before Christmas. She loves the fabric I chose for her. I'm so glad there are so many offered. That's another nice bonus of this shop as well as the excellent communication. Great purchase!!

Mmmm, feels so good! This shoulder wrap covers a lot of my upper back, shoulders, and base of my neck and feels so good! I bought two, One was for my frail, arthritic mother-in-law and one for me. I was concerned that it might be too heavy for her, but not at all! She finds it very soothing. Mine was lavender-scented which is a bit strong ( but lightening up w use) and hers was unscented and just fine Tima, the vendor, was very responsive, the items arrived quickly, and are very well-made.

Just warmed it up and draped it over my shoulders on a very cold day and curled up with a good book and a hot cup of coffee. Best microwaveable heat pack EVER! I’ve had a LOT of these and wear them out to the point of needing replacement- I heat them up and put them next to my feet when I go to bed, I use it all throughout the day, they are GREAT for cramps. This one has the added benefit of going up your neck a little and it feels AMAZING! Thank you so much for the great product!! It’s also very pretty!

This is great! smells lovely... and is just what i was hoping. It shipped very quickly! I do have to heat it well over 2 minutes for it to be hot; more like 3. 5 - 4 but it is pretty large! I'd definitely recommend.
