When will my item ship?

Each order has a 10-12 day processing time. I make every order as it is purchased to provide unique customization if wanted. Please notify me before your purchase if you need the item quickly and I will try my best to accommodate. I do work as quickly as I can to get orders out.

My item says it has shipped, but it still not here.

Once an item ships I am not response for lost or damaged orders. However, I am happy to help you locate your tracking number and provide tracking information. USPS is overloaded this season and some orders are taking longer than others.

Can I customize an order?

Definitely, but please message me first. We can collaborate together with ideas.
