Q: YOU MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER
Contact us via Etsy and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can verify your claim.
Q: WHAT CAN I DO WITH DIGITAL FILES
All digital downloads are non refundable. No exceptions. Each file purchased will be available to you as an instant download.
Our digital files MAY be used for the following:
- Creating physical items for personal use (friends, family)
- Creating physical items for commercial or small business use (up to 1,000 items per license, per year)
- Handmade items such as vinyl decals, paper cutouts, printed materials, stencils, etc.
- All items used for graphic design, photography, must be flattened out before giving to a customer.
Q: HOW DO I OPEN THE ZIPPED FOLDER?
Most computers have built in software that will decompress/open zipped folders. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, right-click the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. For Mac users, double-click on the zip file and it will extract to a new folder.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS?
We don't take custom orders and we don't modify our designs.
WHERE IS THE SVG FILE?
SVG files sometimes get displayed as other file formats depending on your computer settings. They may be displayed as Google Chrome or Explorer documents. Don't let this throw you off. Please look for file name that starts with "SVG".
Also some of our designs don't have the SVG file format.
Q: ARE YOUR DESIGNS LAYERED?
Our multi color designs are layered for easy separation. Please ungroup them before you work with them. Our black/single color designs are not layered but most of them can be ungrouped.
