All designs and ideas in my shop are unique and created by me from scratch.
The existing designs, text, titles, descriptions, or pictures are not copied from copyrighted material, and I will never upload copyrighted items to my shop.

For custom orders: If you provide a copyrighted file (design, text, or picture), I will not print it on my products. However, if I am not aware that your file is copyrighted, you will assume full legal responsibility if I face any issues with a person, shop, or company.

To fulfill your order, you must provide certain information (which you authorize Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product you are ordering.
You may also choose to provide additional personal information (for example, for a custom order or gifts) if you contact me directly.
2 - Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on several legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, resolve disputes, or provide customer support.
When you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as signing up for my mailing list.

Providing and improving my services. I use your information to deliver the services you request and to improve my shop.
Compliance with Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as required to meet my obligations under Etsy policies.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information only for limited reasons and in limited circumstances:
Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide my services and comply with Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Service providers: I engage trusted third parties (such as delivery companies) to perform services for my shop. I share your information only as necessary for them to perform these services.
Business transfers: If I sell or merge my business, your information may be disclosed as part of that transaction, only as permitted by law.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide my services and as described in this Privacy Policy. I may also retain information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce my agreements.
I generally keep your data for a period of 4 years.
