Frequently asked questions
What is the turn around time on invitations
PLEASE allow 2 weeks for production & shipping from the day your designs are finalized & approved. How quickly we can get through the proofing phase is really up to you. Sometimes it's a couple days, sometimes a week. It all depends on how quickly I get responses.
What is the turn around time on cards?
All cards (including custom cards) ship same day or next day. Depending on what time of day ordered.
Shipping time depends on which shipping method you select at checkout. First class shipping takes 2-5 days on average. Priority takes 2-3 days.
Can I customize items in your shop? with different colors, fonts, etc?
If you have a specific request, don't hesitate to reach out! I am more than happy to try and accommodate most requests free of charge. If it is something that will require more time and involvement, I may have to charge a small fee.
Where do I enter details/attach photos for my personalized order?
Names and info for personalized orders can be entered in the "notes to seller" box when checking out. If you have an order that requires a photo, that can be easily attached to a conversation/message right here through etsy.
How long does shipping take?
This really depends on what method of shipping you choose at checkout. First class mail on average takes 2-5 days. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days (depending on where you are located)
What is the turn around time on custom dog portraits?
Once order is placed and I receive your photo/photos, please allow 3-5 days for me to create your artwork and send you a proof. Then any adjustments will be made and your order will be printed, packaged up and shipped.

You can often find answers to your questions right in each listing. And if you are ordering a custom/personalized item, please make sure you give me all the information I need in the notes to seller box when checking out. Leaving out information will just delay your order. I will then need to reach out to you to ask for the missing info, and your order will not be processed until I hear back, delaying turn-around time and ship dates.
Will I have to pay customs fees/Duties/VAT on my International order?
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Sellers are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
What if I have to cancel my invitation order?
Custom invitation orders can be canceled if I am notified prior to them going into production. Once an order has gone into production, there are no cancelations or refunds. If canceled prior to production, you will receive a partial refund for your invitation order minus the time already spent on design/proofing/file setup for printing.
Do you accept returns?
Almost all items are custom or printed upon order and fulfilled by my printing partner, so I do not accept returns as it makes it challenging to resell these items. Keep in mind I will always work with you if you are not happy with your order due to quality or if it arrived damaged. Please reach out if you have any concerns.
