To ensure that your cuteness doesn't fade, please be cautious when when carrying and storing your deco case. Small and tight spaces (like pockets and full purses) can cause damage.

If fuzz or dust starts to accumulate, a damp paper towel is all your need to wipe your case clean.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you are ever having problems with your case and I will do my best to troubleshoot.

If you see a design that you like but it is not available for your device, PLEASE contact me. I have many device cases available and often can recreate similar styles.

If there are elements of multiple cases you like, or you have an idea for something completely new, then place an order for a *custom* case. You will then get to lead the way on which theme, colors, and charms are used for your decoden case ^-^

While the exact shipping components vary based on the item purchased, most flat items, like mirrors, ship in a padded envelope, or cardboard box. In addition, most items are wrapped in bubble wrap or paper to protect it while it travels. I do try my best to recycle packing materials (like packaging from products used to make your item) as much as possible to minimize the environmental impact of shipping my creations. That said, I will include additional packing elements, like ribbons and decorative tape, when I can to make the arrival of your item an even better experience.
