The Goal is Always to Create Memorable Experiences for You
It's not about the shirts, caps, mugs, accessories, home goods, or any other product. It's about the design that invokes a smile, a giggle, thought, and a warm conversation.
I don’t believe in being crass or overly sarcastic; there’s already enough of that in the world. I aim to create amusing products that will make people smile, strike conversations, and make you stand out without being overly crass.
I don’t think of people who buy from my shop as “customers.” You are not a customer. You are a client. A customer is a person who purchases a commodity or service. A client is a person who is under the protection of another. And you will see this great client service I aim to provide throughout all of the reviews of my shop.
I believe in the preeminence of people who trust me for delivering great experiences. I serve your needs; I don’t sell you things. I consider myself your advisor, friend. This has immense implications – I don’t sell products I wouldn’t myself be happy wearing or using.
I believe a story should define the brand, not the other way around. I have a story to tell and I aim to tell it through the experiences I help create. Logos don’t define much of anything meaningful.
I begin with the realization that the prevalent brands of today create products that glorify themselves. You don’t think so? Can you think of anything meaningful you purchased from a name brand that had something of value aside from their logos they splash on their products? I'm not just a logo. I pursue adding value, saying something meaningful, dazzling, uplifting, thoughtful, interesting. My shop and brand began from a point of reflection on just how superficial some brands can be. I hope to be the antithesis.
