DGC stands for Dream Guitar Company.
The Story: The Dream... one night I dreamt I had built a crazy guitar that had all the guitar mechanics on the front and bass on the back making it possible to fret the bass strings with your thumb on the back of the neck while playing the guitar side as usual. I woke up and drew a quick sketch and wrote Dream at the top of the paper to remember what it was about and fell back asleep. The fire was born.
With nearly 20 years of dedicated craftsmanship and a passion for the art of luthiery, I bring a wealth of experience to DGC Custom. Having honed my skills at Gibson Guitars' Custom Division, where precision and innovation were the cornerstone of every creation, I've garnered invaluable expertise in every aspect of guitar design and production.
My journey continued as i ventured into the realm of boutique guitar craftsmanship, refining my techniques and expanding my creative horizons. Through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, I've had the privilege of contributing to the creation of instruments that inspire musicians worldwide. So if you have noticed some familiarity, you may already be enjoying my previous work.
Drawing from my rich background in the industry, I am deeply committed to crafting instruments that not only meet but exceed the expectations of refined musicians. With a deep understanding of traditional craftsmanship coupled with an appetite for pushing boundaries, I am dedicated to creating guitars that resonate with both beauty and functionality, ensuring an unparalleled playing experience for every musician who picks one up.

5 out of 5 starsThe best guitars out there! DGC is my favorite guitar. I have two now. I can not get over how well these are made. They look like art and are beautiful to behold. They play like high end custom shop creations. Blake is a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!

4 out of 5 starsThese are highly knurled, but they are not a heavy weight knob. They are a very light knob. I was hoping they were brass knobs which are a heavy weight and wouldn't feel like they are aluminum weight. For the price, they should be a heavy weight knob. I could have just purchased something like this off of Amazon for much less than 50 bux.
