How long does it take to receive my access link?
It takes a few minutes for your order to processed. You should receive an email from Etsy or Templett with access link. This link will be sent to your email address which is connected to your Etsy account, so please ensure your email address linked to Etsy is up to date.
What are my download options?

I don't have an email with access link (or anything else), can I get a refund?
