5 out of 5 starsThese are tricky! I've watched the video several times now. Because the writing on the photoshop interface is not in English it's difficult to follow the directions. I'm having to guess as to where and what to click on.

Can I ask for a Refund, Return, or Exchange?
As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions at Digi Bots Craft.
The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or purchasing digital items at Digi Bots Craft, you agree to the terms, including the No Return, No Exchange, or No Refund Policy, simply because it’s impossible to return or exchange a digital product and have not made copies.
Moreover, this protects us sellers from malicious buyers attempting to obtain products without paying.
If a download link is broken or dead, what should I do?
Please get in touch with DigiBotsCraft immediately and provide the dead link. As soon as I confirm the link is indeed broken or dead, I will send you a working link as soon as possible.
However, please bear with me as it might take a while since the file must be uploaded again on another hosting site.
Is it possible to obtain a mirror download link?
Certainly.
Simply message me about it along with your order receipt.
I've made a mistake and purchased the same item more than once. Is it possible to get your help?
Should this be the case, please don't hesitate to contact me. Though digital downloads are not eligible for refund, refunding the second order of the identical item (only within the same time frame) is possible.
Please note that I can only refund you within seven (7) days after your purchase, so be sure to contact me immediately if you are billed twice for the same item.
Also, be reminded that this policy does not cover placing an order for the same item on a different day or week.
