thank you so for your vote and opinion. we pack jpg files into rar archived as we want the highest quality. so Yes you need to unpack them before usege. but we do it all to provide best quality of graphics.

4 out of 5 starsbeautiful pics, but unable to download. Did not realize this was a RAR file and do not want to have to download a special program to open. So unfortunately I wont be able to use these. I have gone back to the original post and have not found where it says it is not a normal zip file. Anyway, back to the drawing board as they say.

Dear SHeryl, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for your troubles, but We state in our listing we use winrar as files archiver. Also we belive that you are able to use the files as we always help our customers. We sent you email with your files but due to it size gmail sent it as google disk for you to download from there. When you emailed you dont know how to download it from there, we sent few seperate emails with files for you, so you wouldnt need to learn how to download it. We are sorry this was all an inconvenience but we dont want our potential customers to think they wont get their files, as we will always do everything to deliver.
