~Returns & Exchanges are accepted for orders totaling less than $50.00. The buyer pays return shipping; the initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Orders totaling over $50.00, All Earrings, Personalized Orders, Party Decor, and bulk/wholesale or discounted items do not qualify for returns; exceptions may apply. You must contact me within 3 Days of your order being delivered and items must be returned back to me within 14 days in their original Unopened and Unused condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We are a small business and with increases in shipping costs, we cannot pay to ship items back and forth. Once an order has shipped we cannot get that money back. Thank you so much for your understanding.

I try to be very informative about the size of the items in my shop. However, if you have any questions or want specific details, simply message me and I will respond as soon as I can. If you would like to purchase an item in my shop in size or color that I currently do not offer, I will be glad to alter or make a new one too suit your needs.

We can only ship to the address you provide and once the package is shipped it is out of our hands so please double-check that you have the correct address when ordering. Thank you.

***Occasionally your local delivery service may leave a card or note for you to pick up your item, or there may be additional Tax or Vat due before delivery depending on your country. You must pick it up in a timely manner or it will be returned to me. If for any reason your order has been marked as return to sender you MUST contact me immediately. Unfortunately, the refund window closes after 180 days has passed and there will be no way for me to refund your purchase so you must inform me within 180 days of your purchase if there is an issue with delivery.

Please be aware that if you are not in the US VAT Charges may apply to your order and will vary by country. We are not responsible for any VAT charges your order requires or any delays in shipping due to customs. Shipping internationally often has delays in shipping due to customs and shipping long distances. Occasionally the delays are weeks and sometimes months, though most packages make it in timely manner delays can and will happen and should be expected. Thank you for your understanding.
