We strive to keep all of our customers happy, if for any reason you have a problem with an item or our customer service, please contact us immediately via Etsy convo. Per Etsy policies, emails will not be viewed as an official contact from a buyer.

We will do our best to accommodate all orders.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Please don't assume that sending a cancellation request insures that your order will be cancelled. We will confirm if the order has been cancelled or not via convo. Once the item has been made, we will not be able to cancel the transaction or issue a refund.

ENGRAVING ERRORS
If we make a mistake on your order, we will be happy to correct the error or replace your item with the correction at no charge. If the mistake was yours (i.e., you gave us the incorrect spelling on a name or incorrectly communicated the monogramming initials), then we cannot give a refund. However, message us and we may be able to offer a discount for the replacement item. We want to work with you!

RETURNS
All of our custom pieces are made especially for you. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns unless we have made a mistake. Please read the item description and instructions carefully and ask any questions before ordering.

Non-custom (pre-made) items can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. The item must be in the original packaging, and in brand new condition. The cost of the item will be refunded, however all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs are final and are never refundable.

Communication is key in these situations and we will do the best we can to ensure a smooth transaction for both parties.

We accept all major credit cards and Etsy gift cards

Shipping costs vary depending on the item. Each listing will have shipping method and costs under the item description.

Multiple item orders will always receive discounted shipping rates if they are purchased at the same time. It will automatically be calculated and discounted at checkout.

Etsy handles all credit card transactions directly with the customer and then deposits to our account. We have no access to customer billing information.

GENERAL INFORMATION

PRODUCTION TIMING
During most of the year, our production time is usually 5-7 days to process and ship custom items. This depends on the size of the order and the amount of graphic design and/or customization or personalization involved. Your invoice will show an expected ship date. It is always our goal to beat the deadline stated and we often do. During the holiday season, due to the large volume of orders, our production time for custom orders is in the 1-2 week range.
IMPORTANT: Incomplete orders, incorrectly placed orders, or orders requiring a digital proof will ship within 5-7 business days after all the order information has been received and/or finalized.

RUSH ORDERS Available by special request. Convo us with the date you need the item PRIOR to placing the order, and we will let you know what expedited options might be available. Rush order charges start at an additional $20 for US locations, and can range upward from that depending on how soon the item is needed.

SHIPPING DETAILS

SHIPPING COSTS vary depending on the item. Each listing will have shipping method and costs under the item description.

REDUCED shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout when more than one item is added to the cart.
Most items that are shipped within the United States will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. All shipments include a tracking number that will automatically be sent to the email linked to your Etsy account, when the shipping label is created.

FIRST CLASS MAIL - Our standard shipping method for premade items. Average transit time is 5-7 business days, but may take longer during holiday seasons.

PRIORITY MAIL - Our standard shipping method for most items. Average transit time is 2-3 business days, but may take longer during holiday seasons.

EXPRESS MAIL - Available as an upgrade. Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days of being shipped.

GLASSWARE - Is shipped using either United States Postal Service Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground. Average transit time is 3-5 business days, but may take longer during holiday seasons.

SHIPPING DELAYS: Beyond purchasing the correct label and delivering the package to the shipping provider in a timely manner, we cannot be responsible for the level of service. If the package takes longer to deliver than it "should" according to the shipping provider's policies that is an issue to address directly with the shipping provider.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All custom orders are made specifically for you. If your order is lost in transit and you have not purchased insurance, we cannot replace the item. However, there are a couple of steps we can take to help you:

PRIORITY MAIL
USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of insurance coverage. If your order is over $100 we highly recommend purchasing additional insurance to cover the total amount of your order. Please convo us if you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance on your order. If you do not receive your item, you will need to fill out a claim form, stating it was never received. We can help you do this upon request. The form must be filled out within 30 days from the date of shipment. We are not responsible for whether or not the claim is approved or denied by the post office.

FIRST CLASS MAIL
Insurance is not included in this method. If you do not receive the item within 10 business days, and have confirmed you provided the correct address, please let us know.

ADDITIONAL
Please note that we cannot be responsible if the item has been marked as delivered through the tracking number, and you have not received it. This is a USPS or other carrier issue, and you will need to contact them directly.

ORDERS OVER $100
Orders totaling over $100 will require a signature upon delivery. We will contact you via Etsy Convo after your order is placed informing you of this. You must let us know no later than the day after your order is placed if you wish to waive this option. Understand that if a signature is waived, we will not be able to assist in any missing parcels that show through tracking, as being delivered. **

ENGRAVING SPECIFICATIONS
DigiPointe LaserWorks strives to engrave items according to customer requested specifications. However, due to technical considerations, we will use our experience and professional discretion to adjust the size or layout of the engraving if necessary.

SALES TAX
We are required to charge sales tax for all transactions from customers located in Washington State.

NATURAL PRODUCTS (solid wood, plywood, wood veneers, and bamboo)
Part of the natural beauty of wood is the variation in the color and grain of the wood. Each wood item is slightly different and will react differently to the laser. That is part of its character and appeal.

PURCHASING OF KNIVES
Knives are sharp and are specifically designed to cut. By purchasing a knife, you are attesting to be at least 18 years of age. Cutlery and related gift items may also be sharp. If used improperly, negligently, or illegally all merchandise can become dangerous and cause serious injury. When you purchase merchandise from DigiPointe LaserWorks you agree that you will use the merchandise in a safe and legal manner including keeping the merchandise out of the hands of minors and untrained and/or immature individuals.

COMMUNICATION
We only respond to communication via Etsy convo, per Etsy policies. This creates a permanent record of communication and protects both the buyer and seller. Outside emails, telephone calls or other communications will not be replied to or acknowledged.

COPYRIGHT
We retain full copyright of all our photographs, templates and designs. Please do not use our photos without first receiving permission from us.

WHOLESALE
Purchasing and reselling our items is not allowed. We offer wholesaling partnerships to select boutiques and businesses. Convo us if you would like to fill out an application to become a DigiPointe LaserWorks retailer.
