For major customizations, we may provide a preview upon request. However, small changes (like adding a name) are typically processed without a proof to ensure faster production.

Since each item is made to order, customization may add 1-3 extra business days to the processing time. Check the product listing for specific turnaround times.

Each listing includes a size chart to help you pick the perfect fit. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually the best option.

Most of our shirts and sweaters fit true to size, but it’s always best to compare the size chart with a well-fitting item you already own for accuracy.

To keep your T-shirts, hoodies, and sweaters looking their best:
✔ Wash inside out in cold water (30°C / 86°F)
✔ Use a gentle cycle with mild detergent
✔ Avoid fabric softeners and bleach
✔ Tumble dry low or hang to dry for best results
✔ Do not iron directly on the design

Each listing for drinkware (mugs, tumblers, flasks, etc.) specifies whether the item is dishwasher-safe, but for longevity:
✔ Hand washing is recommended for engraved or printed designs
✔ Avoid soaking in water for extended periods
✔ Do not microwave stainless steel tumblers or flasks

Our designs are made using high-quality printing and engraving to ensure durability. Proper care (following the instructions above) will keep them looking great for years!

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages as we are not equipped for that. However, our products arrive securely packaged, making them easy to gift as they are!

Unfortunately, we cannot add custom gift messages to orders. If you’re sending a gift, you may be able to leave a note via Etsy’s checkout, but it won’t be physically printed or included in the package.

We carefully choose the best packaging for each product to ensure it arrives safely. Depending on the item, this may include protective wrapping, sturdy boxes, or padding to prevent damage during transit.

We don’t include receipts or invoices in the package, making it easy to send directly as a gift.

At this time, we do not have a standard wholesale program, but we’re open to discussing bulk orders. If you're interested in purchasing a larger quantity, send us a message, and we’ll see what we can do!

Generally, bulk orders start at 12 items of the same design. Discounts may vary depending on the quantity and product type.
