2. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier performance.
Once an order has shipped, BlackTeaPrint is not responsible for carrier delays.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage to resend.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom printed to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem.
