How do I download digital files?
The downloads you've purchased will automatically sent to your Etsy account once your payment is processed.
From a desktop computer:
Click "You" at the top of your screen and then open the link "Purchases and Reviews" to find and download your files you just purchased.
From a cell phone or tablet:
You are not able to download from the Etsy App, so instead login to Etsy on your devices web browser and follow the steps for the desktop computer.
What if I checked out as a guest?
Check your email that you used when you purchased your download to access your download. If you cannot find it check your spam/junk folder.
What kind of paper should I use?
In order to make sure the colors come through clearly, we recommend using white smooth photo paper to have the best quality final print.
When will I receive my product?
This is an INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. No physical item will be sent. Follow directions for downloading in order to receive the product download.
Where can I print my files?
1. You can print your photo at home on a printer.
2. You can email or bring your files on a device or flash drive to your local print shop, such as Costco, Staples, Target, Walgreens, Walmart, etc.
3. You can upload your files to MPix.com, Shutterfly.com, or Snapfish.com to have the prints mailed to you.
Where can I purchase frames for my prints?
HomeGoods, Marshall’s, T.J. Max, Michael’s, Pottery Barn, IKEA, West Elm, Target, and Amazon have great frames for home prints.
