✔ Commercial use is included with every purchase.
You can use this design to create and sell up to 2000 physical products (such as t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, etc.).
This license is perfect for small businesses and print-on-demand sellers.
❌ Not allowed:
* Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital files
* Uploading the design to other marketplaces as a digital product
If you need a higher limit or unlimited commercial use, feel free to contact me for an extended license.
💾 What file formats are included with my purchase?
Each design bundle includes high-quality, high-resolution files (300 DPI), suitable for professional printing:
• PNG (300 DPI, transparent background – ready for print-on-demand)
• SVG (fully scalable – ideal for Cricut & Silhouette users)
⬇️ How do I receive my files?
Your files will be available for instant download immediately after purchase.
You can access them through your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews, or via the email sent by Etsy.
📄 Is this a digital or physical product?
We offer both! Please check the listing title and description carefully before purchasing.
- Digital Items: If you purchase a "Digital Download," no physical product will be shipped. You will receive instant files.
- Physical Items: If you purchase a T-shirt or a Mug, a high-quality physical product will be printed and shipped directly to your address.
🧾 Can I get a refund or exchange?
For Digital Downloads: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are not accepted once the files have been downloaded.
For Physical Products (Shirts & Mugs): Since every item is printed specifically for you upon ordering, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days with a photo, and we will gladly send a free replacement!
📦 How long does shipping take for shirts and mugs?
All physical items are made to order just for you!
Production time: It typically takes 3–5 business days to print and pack your order.
Shipping time (USA): Standard shipping usually takes 3–6 business days.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships so you can follow its journey!
📏 What size should I order for T-shirts?
Our T-shirts (Comfort Colors® 1717) feature a relaxed, unisex fit that is true to size. If you prefer a trendy, oversized look, we recommend sizing up 1 or 2 sizes. Please check the size chart image included in the listing photos for exact measurements before placing your order.
