Custom and personalized orders

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

When an pre-made order is placed, I print as soon as possible usually within a few days & get ready for shipment.

When a custom order is placed. It's usually a joint effort on both our parts, you supply the photo(s) (if needed) and I message you with any questions I have. I also contact you for approval of the final piece before I print and ship the item.

If there will be any delays in the process you will be informed and provided a timeline for shipment.

Listed Shipping / Printing Times...

Please be aware that printing & shipping times vary on most of my listings the allotted times are just to cover any problem that may arise.

In MOST cases your order will arrive in MUCH less time than stated.

If I do have a problem with your order, or it is a Custom Item that requires a lot of detail, that completing your order will take longer than I expect, I will message you to let you know.

If you need you order rushed please message me before ordering to let me know so we can make arrangements to get it done.

Return or Exchanges....

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on Custom Orders, Items that have been all ready printed / downloaded or sale items. Refunds allowed ONLY if item is lost or damaged by the shipper. Please report any damage to the shipping company if possible and provide photos of the damaged item AND its package.

Ordered items can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase excluding downloaded items.

Please contact us with inquiries before you make a purchase, I will gladly measure an item for size etc.

Shipping Method & Insurance

I use USPS United States Postal Service in most cases as they are less expensive.

If you require an alternate shipping service please message me before you purchase so we can agree on shipping costs.

I add shipping insurance to almost every order, in case of loss or damage to ensure we both are covered.
