It doesn’t work in Excel, and this is explained throughout the product description, listing images, and the included PDF download instructions, which specify that it is a Google Sheets Template — not an Excel file. Since this is a digital download that has already been accessed, refunds aren’t possible according to Etsy’s digital product policy. I always encourage buyers to review the full description before purchasing, and I’m always happy to assist with setup questions or clarifications.
