Customizing Our Life
In 2009 my husband and I decided to move from NJ to Florida with two kids and a dog to escape the cold winters. At the time, our real estate business was not thriving and we needed a change. With a three year old son and a special needs daughter, not only did I need to find a way to work from home but also to do something I loved to do.
As a mom of four amazing kids and two grandkids, my creativity always shines when it comes to them. Planning birthday parties has always been my favorite! Whatever the theme of that year was I would run with it and create as much as around it as possible.
I'm not big on spending tons of money on trinkets that the kids won't even play with and that parents dread bringing home. I always try to find a way to make the celebration fun without sending the kids home with a bag full of sugar filled candy. I started making themed coloring books for my kids & grandkids birthday parties and parents were always asking were did you get these?..."The Party Favor Coloring Book" was born!
I love knowing that I can help make someones celebration special and make the planning much easier for a busy mom or dad. I also love that my nine year old son is learning that you CAN do what you love everyday, work for yourself and support your family.
