We accept custom orders for a custom fee. Please feel free to contact me before making any purchase, if you would like to customize any design (i.e.: Names/colors, size, etc)

FOR INSTANT DOWNLOADS:
Absolutely NO customizations can be made after the item is purchased.
Due to the nature of digital items, there are no refunds possible. Please be sure that you are buying the correct item before you check out and contact me prior to purchase if you have any questions.

We accept PAYPAL ONLY. The proof of the print will be sent to you only after the payment is received/cleared.
E-check payment orders may take time to be completed, depending on the clearance of the payment.
Any unpaid orders or custom orders will be canceled after one weeks time unless buyer the contacts me.

After your order has been placed please allow 2-3 business days for your proof to be completed. Upon completion I will send you a digital proof via ETSY conversations (don't forget to check your ETSY account if you don't have your messages forwarded to your email).

For instant download:
• Once your payment has cleared you will be taken to the download page and an email will be sent with your download link.

• Or go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

For Other printable items:
Only after your response/approval the final print will be emailed to you at the email address registered with etsy. If there is no response from you within 10 days, we will send the proof print as the final print(without the watermark).

You can print these at staples, walgreens, kinkos, officemax, or any local printer OR even at home on white heavy card stock.

DIGITAL FILE:
I want you to be happy with your purchase! All efforts will be made during the proofing to reach the customer's expectations.
Due to the digital nature of Printable items, sorry I cannot offer a refund/exchange if the final is already sent to you.

INSTANT DOWNLOADS:
NO REFUNDS are made for INSTANT DOWNLOADS, due to the digital nature of the files. The files are directly accessible to you in your purchases section once the payment is made by you.

These digital prints are for your PERSONAL use only & are NOT for commercial use or to be redistributed, reproduced, copied, sold or shared with anyone else in any way (except in the form of a printed gift.) Any other use of these designs, without the expressed written consent of The DigitalPrintShop, is strictly prohibited. While it's flattering to be an inspiration, please let my designs be nothing more than that. Some of the digital graphics I incorporate into my prints have been purchased under Commercial License and are for my use only and when required credit is always given to the Artist’s Graphics that I have used.

Any change in the print design, after the final files are sent, can be chargeable(depending on the change you want)
color / spelling or grammatical changes/minor changes : $5 onwards
Size changes: $5 - $10
Text changes :$6 - $10
Design changes: full value repeated.

When ordering printables, it’s important to let us know if you’ll need bleed and/or trim marks. If you are deciding to get these printed ONLINE from Vistaprint or any other online vendors, please let us know the bleed marks or the margins they suggest for the invite size. Any changes made later will chargeable.
