What is the shipping time for physical products?
Physical items like t-shirts, mugs, and tote bags typically ship within 2-5 business days. Delivery within the UK is free. International shipping times vary.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital products, I cannot offer refunds on downloadable items. For physical products, I offer 30 day redunds.Please contact me for any issues!
How do I access my digital downloads?
After purchase, you can instantly download your digital files via Etsy. You’ll also receive an email with a link to your download page.
Do the pillow covers come with inserts?
No, the pillow covers are sold without inserts. I recommend using inserts that are 2 inches larger than the pillow cover for a fuller, snug fit.
Are your digital products beginner-friendly?
Yes! All of my digital guides and templates are designed to be easy to follow, whether you're just starting out or looking for advanced tips.
What materials are used in your physical products?
I use high-quality materials for all print-on-demand products. Apparel is typically 100% cotton, and pillow covers are made from durable faux suede.

Yes, I ship internationally! Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location, and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
