1 out of 5 starsI never received this order, much like the other reviewer. The seller appears to have no strategies to support me, like refunding my money or emailing me the actual pattern. I have purchased hundreds of patterns on Etsy and have never encountered this problem before. Polite manners are not a substitute for customer service. She even sent me another pattern to purchase - that was from another seller. Weird and not okay.

I’m sorry for the confusion, but I want to clarify that I have already shared the pattern with you four different times. To be sure, I even tested it on my own mobile and it worked perfectly. You also provided your email address, and I sent the pattern there as well. I’ve done my best to support and deliver the file properly, and I’m still happy to guide you step by step if needed.
