How do I access my digital prints?
After your purchase, you can access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile (top right) and then clicking ‘Purchases,’ and then ‘Download Files.’
If you purchased as a guest, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing the download information. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes. I recommend using desktop or mobile browser to download, not the Etsy app.

Where should I print my digital files?
There are a few different ways to print your digital art:
1. Upload to a professional printing service online. Such as shutterfly.com or mpix.com.
2. Go to your local print shop. Examples include Staples, Costco, and Office Depot.
3. Use a home printer, but please note color outcome/quality may vary based on printer.
I recommend using heavyweight matte paper, premium cardstock, or archival fine art paper.
What is your return policy? Do you offer refunds?
We don't currently offer returns or exchanges on any digital products, as they cannot be returned once purchased based on Etsy policies. If you have any trouble downloading your digital files, please message me!

All items are for personal use only and not for commercial use. Items are not to be redistributed, resold, or reworked.
Can I print bigger than 2x3, 3x4, 4x5, 5x7, or 11x14?
The short answer is YES!!!
2x3, 3x4, 4x5, 5x7, and 11x14 are just the standard base ratios. See below for a list of all printable dimensions per ratio. If you would like to print anything bigger than the listed dimensions, please message us before purchasing to ensure we can accommodate.
